1.14.15 – “Replaced non-functioning heating & cooling unit, replaced thermostat, redid all burned out electrical caused by malfunction of former unit, replaced ground support for new unit, replaced all pipe lines as needed; new unit was top-of-the line Lennox and was large enough to quietly cool, heat, and filter the air for a 2500 square feet house with cathedral ceilings. This was a complete update and installation. Everything was done with professional staff and when complete, the areas both inside and outside of the house were spotless. This was an emergency situation: the weather was over 100 degrees for several days, my 94-year-old mother had just returned home from the hospital with remnants of a serious lung problem, and Anderson was out within two days to do the work. I have never had such fast service, especially as the other companies I called couldn’t be bothered to even talk to me on the phone.”
