    Very good service. Ken S. was professional and courteous. He stopped a leak on my outdoor spigot. He straightened a crooked toilet, both for free since they were easy fixes. Other plumbers would probably have charges added on to my bill. Ken then removed and installed a beautiful Kohler kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal.

    Junior is the best service provider we have had come to our home in 27 years. That is for all types of service: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, computer, cable, pest control, ALL service technicians and consultants. He was professional in providing quick, efficient service. He explained options and, unlike most service providers, we never felt we were getting a "sell job." He was pleasant, even fun. Junior is the BEST. PERIOD.

    I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air. I have been searching for a good plumber for several years. After using Anderson Plumbing, I know I will be sticking with this company only. Reggie, a plumbing technician, was so professional, nice, friendly and helpful. I had originally called a plumber near my house and was told I needed a whole new toilet. Reggie said I could do that but it was not necessary. I ended up saving several hundred dollars and I feel great about the quality of work and the price! Thank you to Reggie and Anderson Plumbing.

  • They completed the work in great time!
    I called Anderson, Heating and Air as I seemed to be having issues in my bathrooms with the plumbing. A technician was promptly dispatched to my residence to assess the problems. When the assessment was completed the technician gave me a full and detailed report. I agreed to allow Anderson to undertake the necessary work. They were able to start immediately. The technician worked arduously and completed the work in good time. My system is now in good working order. Thank you.

  • Anderson Plumbing responded quickly to my request!
    Anderson Plumbing responded very quickly to my plea to have someone look at our garbage disposal which wasn't working. They not only fixed it but asked if there were any other plumbing issues I wanted looked at. They were great!

  • They were at my house within an hour!
    Called on Anderson Plumbing on a Sunday morning for a leak in outside water main. Bernard was at our door and diagnosed the problem and had the pipe fixed in a little over an hour. Amazing customer service and knowledge would recommend or hire in a second!!

  • Our experience was the best!
    Some companies do the job and run like mad, and you never hear from them again. We have had two BIG jobs done with Anderson, and they always check with us to make sure our experience was the best. And it was. The very pleasant schedulers call to let you know exactly when the workers will be there, too.

  • I wish all company's were this good!
    Bryan and Jake came to do our regular maintenance. We told them about a small issue we were having. They immediately went to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. They explained what they found and what they had done to improve our comfort, then explained what the maintenance work was and when we should do system maintenance again. I wish all companies were this good.

  • Arrived the next morning at 7am!
    Larry came to our home to take care of a few issues: install a garbage disposal unit, clear a clogged drain, and a sluggish toilet. He worked carefully and did not rush through. He explained everything thoroughly. We had a small issue with the disposal, and he came the next morning at 7 am to fix it.

  • Such qualified & caring employees!
    Joe and Brent (installers) were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, were extremely careful with our household furnishings. They placed rugs and drop cloths down to contain anything that might have dropped out of our old equipment. In addition to that, they swept and vacuumed following each day's work. We appreciate Anderson having such qualified and caring employees, and Anderson is fortunate to have them.

  • What a great team!
    Your receptionist, Hayley, actually listened to what I was saying what my problem was. Unlike 5 others I called. The correct technician was sent, Tim Drumel, with the proper equipment brought by his supervisor Jose Chaves. They cleared my line and to make sure Ricardo Sandoval scoped the line with his camera. What a great team.

  • Very courteous, skilled & professional staff!
    Throughout the process of inspecting and servicing our two home furnaces, the staff was pleasant, courteous, skilled and professional. Peter G. diagnosed several problems with one of our 20-year-old furnaces that necessitated replacing it, and Peter C. helped us choose a replacement without trying to oversell including five years of free annual service for both furnaces. The installers, Samson and Pauly, were likewise pleasant, professional and skilled installing our new furnace in about half a day.

  • Can't say enough about how impressed I am!
    I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company and the personnel. We had used a plumber located in our general neighborhood in the past, but it appears he is out of business. We saw a billboard advertising a special on drain cleaning so I called Anderson. Larry F. came to the house and explained every step of the work and thought process he used to determine the problem. He also provided guidance on how to best keep the water flowing as it should. Although I forgot to mention the price special to the dispatcher, Larry made sure that it was honored, and offered a free camera scope of the plumbing so we could determine what else might be needed. A very professional, courteous, and easy to work with employee, and that extends to the other folks involved in my call. I'm very happy to have a new "plumbing relationship" with Anderson and know that when I have issues in the future, I will be treated fairly and with appreciation.
