Bryan Rominger, Vice President, Installation and Service President, Anderson Career Builder Institute

As Vice President, HVAC Installation and Service, Bryan works directly with Managers for the HVAC department to ensure 100% client satisfaction. He is on a mission to be sure each department is run with the Anderson core values of professionalism, integrity, ethics and commitment to superior client service.

Bryan’s experience in various leadership positions at Anderson as well as his overall trade experience makes him an invaluable resource for managers and rookies alike. He is a Master Plumber, North American Technical Excellence (N.A.T.E) certified journeyman and HVAC technician.

When faced with a nationwide critical shortage of qualified candidates for employment in the skilled trades, Bryan was instrumental in helping to create the Anderson Career Builder Institute (ACBI) which was established in 2017. ACBI is a credentialed earn-while-you-learn trade school to train residential plumbers and HVAC technicians for rewarding careers in the home service industry.

Today, as President, Headmaster and Instructor, Bryan has developed an effective instructional program appropriate for Plumbing and HVAC students to achieve the level of Journeyman for their chosen trade certification. Bryan not only teaches technical skills, but also the interpersonal skills that deliver on the Anderson promise to wow clients every day in every way.
