Who should have a pipeline video inspection done?
If you’ve had a sewer or drain back-up, chances are it’s not the first and won’t be the last. These problems aren’t fun and no one likes to deal with them multiple times, but that’s just what happens when a system starts to fail. By having a video inspection done you can eliminate the question of what’s causing the problem and can identify whether or not this is going to be a recurring issue. Whether it’s deterioration due to age or roots finding their way to water, we’ll be able to see the problem and present you with your options.
What’s involved in having a video camera inspection done?
Typically it requires no more than 2 hours to complete a thorough residential sewer camera video inspection. You do not have to be home for us to complete the inspection. A DVD of the footage will be provided to you and we will go over the findings with you at a time that is convenient for you.

Customer safety is our foremost concern.
For your safety, all of our specialists are licensed and fingerprinted with the State of California. We conduct extensive background checks, personality profiling and drug testing so you can feel safe when we visit your home. We will email you a picture of the plumbing or HVAC specialist dispatched so you’ll recognize them when they arrive. This email will also contain background information and confirmation of background checks.
We cannot place our plumbers in hazardous positions, so we do not go through roof vents. This is a very effective way to cause roof leaks but an ineffective way of clearing stoppages. Stoppage should be reasonably accessible (clean out available). If you do not have a clean out, call us to inquire about having one installed, it's recommended to have one should you ever need service in the future.
A drain clean out is an access point to your drain with a cap on it. It provides access to a clog if it gets past the drains. They are typically located in the front or back yard, under the kitchen sink, or in the wall near your washer/dryer hook ups.
Pipe Lining is a way to make old pipes new again, from the inside, without replacing the existing drain or sewer piping.
Pipe camera inspections are the only way to conclusively know what is really going on inside your pipes.
