HVAC Project Manager, Peter, was on his way to provide a free estimate when he came across a recent accident, just south of Encinitas. So recent, that he saw the debris still flying through the air. That’s when he saw a pickup truck flipped over on the 805, with the driver stuck inside.
Pete instantly ran to assist the trapped passenger. He pulled the door open, and helped another civilian cut the seatbelt and pull the passenger to safety before Emergency Services arrived.
Upon first hearing of this story, owner Mary Jean Anderson said, “I was envisioning him single-handedly pulling him out by lifting the entire vehicle. I could certainly see Peter having the ability!”

Peter is a family man that has been with Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air for over three and a half years. He is from Philadelphia, but along with his wife and two young children, he now calls La Mesa home. We are grateful for Pete and his decision to leave his family business to join our team. He is an upstanding person that goes above and beyond expectation!
