San Diego, CA (October 28, 2020) – The Better Business Bureau of San Diego, Orange and Imperial Counties announced the winners of the 2020 BBB Torch Award for Ethics. For the fifth time, Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air won for Category IV – companies with 51-199 Employees.
According to the BBB, “Our annual Torch Awards for Ethics aim to recognize companies who display an outstanding level of ethics and integrity in all of their business dealings. In a year like this, when fear is high, ethical business is especially important and even harder to come by. Knowing that, it is with great pleasure that we announce the 2020 Torch Award for Ethics winners.”

Four other companies were also honored with the 2020 Torch Awards for Ethics. Kubiak Enterprises won for Category I (1-5 Employees); George Plumbing Heating & Air won for Category II (6-10 Employees); Perry Plumbing and Pipelining won for Category III (11-50 Employees); and Reborn Cabinets, Inc. won for Category V (200+ Employees).
Once a company wins the BBB Torch Award, they are not eligible to submit the following year. Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air has won five times – 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2020. “This is an extraordinary achievement because although we’ve won the Torch Award five times, we’ve also been Torch Award Finalists eleven times,” added Anderson. In addition, in 2014 we were especially honored to win the BBB’s International Torch Award for Marketplace Excellence – one of only three companies recognized in North America that year (two from the U.S. and one from Canada).
