Terms and Conditions: This is a “per stoppage” rate. This applies only to residential stoppages. Applies to all appointments run during normal business hours 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. Additional house call fee applies after hours, ask for details. Excludes major holidays. Stoppage must be fixed by cabling method. Rate does not include jetting and other advanced methods. Stoppage must be reasonably accessible (clean out available). We cannot place our plumbers in hazardous positions. We do not go through roof vents. This is a very effective way to cause roof leaks but an ineffective way of clearing stoppages. Cannot be combined with any other offer. No cash value.

Drain Problems?

Once we have effectively cleared the line we always recommend a complete video inspection of your entire system so you can see what’s going on down there.

When your sink, toilet or tub won’t drain or drains slowly, there is most likely a blockage somewhere in the system. When it’s only one fixture, the blockage could be in that fixture’s drainage trap. If it’s happening in multiple fixtures the problem could be in the drain between the fixture and the main line. Regardless, we can help!
