Welcome to Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air
(formerly Walter Anderson Plumbing,
Anderson One Hour Heating & Air,

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Air Best)

To all of our valued customers …

As many of you know, for nearly 30 years we have been working hard to earn your business with great products and excellent customer service. We believe our team of technicians and support staff is the best in the business.

In 2003, I bought out my business partner when he retired. Since then I’ve had the good fortune to acquire additional plumbing, heating and air conditioning businesses and hire some of their exceptional, experienced personnel.

As our company grew, we had several different names with one thing in common – our extraordinary commitment to customer satisfaction. As we look forward to our next 30 years in business here in San Diego, we decided it was time to combine all of the companies under one name – Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air.

So if you’ve come to know us as Walter Anderson Plumbing, Anderson One Hour Heating and Air, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing or Air Best, know that we are still the same ownership and the same great team with just one name.

We thank you for your business in the past and look forward to being of service in the future.

Sincerely,

Mary Jean Anderson

President

Extreme Makeover My Hometown
The Arc San Diego

We've all seen 10News change lives with Extreme Makeover: My Hometown. At Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air we were very excited to have taken part in this experience for a 2nd year. It was a great opportunity to help a very special group of individuals. The makeover took place at the Arc of San Diego which is a non-profit organization that focuses on programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our experience with Extreme Makeover: My Hometown and The Arc of San Diego has filled the hearts of our team members with that great feeling you get by helping others in need. Click on the link below to take a moment and watch our participation in this extreme makeover as we help change the lives of those who truly need and deserve it.

All of us at one time or another has helped someone…not for payment and not for a thank you but for the undeniably great feeling you get when you do something nice for someone. If you know some one in need, please click on the globe on the left bar of our website and read more about our “We can change the world with kindness” program.

Together, we can make the world a better place.

Warm Regards,
Mary Jean Anderson
