Summary:

Honest, trustworthy, and professional.

Review:

Victor, the plumber from Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air, came on time and let me know when he was on the way. He drew me a picture of the way the pipes were to show me where and what the problem was. He did this mostly so that I would be able to explain to the owners what he was doing.

I needed to do laundry as quickly as possible, and Victor was able to do the repair the same day. Initially we thought he would have to come out the next day, but I was lucky.

I really feel that he wasn’t trying to swindle us at all. He even had me take a before and after picture to show what was going on. I could tell that he really cared about fixing the problem. He wasn’t trying to nickel and dime us. He was definitely honest and trustworthy.

Summary:

Great Job.

Review:

I actually called Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air for maintenance service on my air conditioning system, but one of our two units was not quite working The maintenance person who came out was unable to make the repair, so they had to send out a more senior technician the next day. I had to call to remind them to come out, but the technician did a great job and fixed the unit.

Wonderful and easy experience.

Review:

I was very impressed with Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air and will definitely use them again. They were the 5th company I called and the only people that actually seemed interested in the work. They asked for my name and address and said “Let’s see what we can do.” Other companies did not even ask for my name or address.

They rotored out my drain line from the kitchen sink. The man who came out was perfect. He fixed the work I had done and was very helpful. He explained to me what he was doing while he was doing it. He gave me options as well as advice and said he would give me quotes for some other work I wanted to do. He even put booties on to walk across my floor, which was a step above as far as service goes. I definitely recommend them.

Summary:

Rudy is clean, polite, personable, and completely dependable.

Review:

I have been using Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air since about 2002 or 2003. I recently called them to say how much I appreciate Rudy, a technician there, and how I don’t want any other technician sent out. 90% of my evaluation answers are because of Rudy specifically.

Rudy has the utmost integrity, and, unlike most service personnel, I feel safe leaving Rudy in my home working while I do an errand. He can be completely depended on to check the system. Of course he will be able to evaluate it if it is malfunctioning, but he can also evaluate it for any potential future problems. I have come to trust him completely, which in today’s society is not something I can say for most service industries.

Not only is Rudy clean, polite, and personable, he always brings a white canvas runner to put on my living room carpet and hallway. I have very light carpet, and he brings that runner to protect it. He also always wears shoe covers and completely tidies up when he is done. There is never a mark anywhere. Rudy is very considerate of people and their property.

They are very honest and very efficient.

Review:

We have been using Mary Jean Anderson for at least 8 years now. They are very courteous and very prompt. The servicemen they send out are excellent. We are very satisfied with them.

Years ago, we had a problem with some broken plastic piping in our townhouse. One of the government agencies we called sent people out, and they determined that that the piping had to be replaced immediately. The cost for the repair was covered by some act, and we had Anderson do the work. We were gone for 10 days, and when we got back, the work was all done. It was like nothing ever happened. The job was done perfectly.

So, years later, when we needed a furnace for our other home, we contacted Mary Jean Anderson again. We have been using them regularly ever since. Anytime we need plumbing work done in either of our homes, we go to Anderson. They are very honest and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

They do a very good job and they do it quickly.

I have been using Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating since 2004, which I believe is then they took over from the previous owner. I had them install a new heating and air conditioning system, and they have been coming out to perform yearly maintenance since. I have also used them for some relatively small but important plumbing jobs.

They are timely, both in terms of the heating and air conditioning work they have done for me as well as the plumbing. They are not the cheapest, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. Their technicians are well trained. They are also good about explaining what they are going to do and what they have done. And, they wear those covers over their shoes that a lot companies use these days, so they do not track dirt inside.

Our experience with Mary Jean Anderson was wonderful. They were thorough, quick, and they had everything over with very promptly.

Just as summer was leaving and winter was coming on, they called to see if we wanted a checkup, and I thought it was a good idea, so I said yes. The price was right, and I appreciate them calling me to service my heater just before winter.

They are very personable.

Review:

I called Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing in an emergency. I saw their commercial on TV, and they seemed like a family-friendly company. I wanted to give them a try because they seemed to be a well-structured company. I decided to let them clean the drains, and everything was very satisfactory.

The service representatives were very nice, and everybody I encountered with their plumbing division was very friendly. I like it when companies are friendly, personable, and react to my needs right away, so I was very happy with Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing.

It was my first time using them. They took extra steps to protect my home. If they came inside they wore protective footing in order to not mess up the floors. They also give satisfaction guaranteed, so that if there is a problem their customers do not have to double pay. They are an all around good company.

I wish I could remember the service tech’s name from Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air because he was excellent. I enjoyed working with him. He told me everything that he was going to do and explained the whole service. He was very informative and did an excellent job. I enjoyed working with him.

It was my first time using Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing. They had to service my air conditioning system because it was out of coolant. He was prompt and polite, and the job was thorough and efficient.

Review:

Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air repaired my air conditioner. I decided to use their service because I was dissatisfied with another company I’d had come out four or five times. I found Mary Jean Anderson in the Yellow Pages and gave them a call.

Everything turned out excellent. I like the company, and I told them I would use their services again when I needed to call them.

Mary Jean Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air replaced my furnace. I also called them when I needed someone to do some plumbing and to check my heater when it needed a tune-up. They did fine work. They were all very courteous, personable, and very neat and clean. They got the job done.
