Heating or Air Conditioning Repairs – We guarantee that repairs on your heating or air conditioning equipment are fixed right or the repair is free. If the repair fails during the season we will repair it again absolutely free.
Plumbing Service and Repair Guarantee – if any repair fails in the first two years we will repair it again absolutely free. Excluding stoppages.
Whole House Re-Piping Guarantee – We guarantee that your whole house re-piping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years. If our pipes fail at any time during that period of time, (excluding acts of god, riot or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee that all materials used are as specified and up to the code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.
Equipment & Fixture Guarantee – We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment surrounded by normal us e should fail within our written warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.

You, the customer, do not have to bear the responsibility of determining the correct equipment size and installation procedures. The product(s) installed will cool/heat your home to your satisfaction, or be replaced or modified, at no charge.

We are so confident in the quality of our duct material and the high standards our “Superior Technician” training program has created, that we give you a “lifetime guarantee” on any duct system we install for as long as you own your home provided you properly maintain surrounding areas and there is no external cause of damage.

Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they are finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll refund whatever reasonable amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair.

We guarantee the system will perform as we have stated. We have promised a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus 2 degrees at your electronic digital thermostat whether heating or cooling your home.

Anyone can make something cheaper by cutting corners and pricing it for less. Our PRICE GUARANTEE is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less within 30 days of completion of the installation; or we’ll pay you the difference plus a $50 bonus. A ll we ask is that the comparison is “apples to apples.”

We agree to accept responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work provided by us and paid for by you. During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment or our service for any legitimate reason, we will correct the problem to your sati sfaction at no cost or we will remove the system that we installed within thirty (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price…plus another 10% for your trouble.
