Mary Jean Anderson, President

As the leader and public face of the company, Mary Jean takes everything about her business very personally. With the belief that doing things right is the only way to do things, Mary Jean works diligently with her staff of qualified and dedicated people to make every customer a priority and everyday and new opportunity to make a positive impact.

Designs specific plan to achieve the budgeted sales that are required to operate a successful business, Implements and executes that plan, maintains the company client service excellence standard of 100% satisfaction guarantee; Licensed Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor- Contractors State License Board, Plumbing (C-36), HVAC (C-20) and Home Improvement (HIC) Contractor; Active employee of Walter Anderson Plumbing, Inc. 1983- present. Owned & Managed Walter Anderson Plumbing-Arizona as a start up company in 1996 through to its sale in October 2001- Arizona operation was producing $5.3 Million revenue. Mary Jean handled the marketing and sale of the Arizona division to a National competitor.

Debbie Williams, General Manager

12 year employee; Works closely with the sales and service director to coordinator sales and production to achieve the budgeted level of production. Collects and archives key performance date necessary to successfully achieve our company goals, AA degree in accounting; Owned and operated family business for 10 years prior to her employment with Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air.


Bryan Rominger, Sales and Service Manager, HVAC

12 year employee; 20+ years trade experience, makes sure that serving the clients takes higher priority than any other task. Displays positive team spirit at all times and is the driving force behind each technician’s success. Holds weekly motivational and training meetings with technicians and staff, works with individual technicians to motivate and cultivate and “Can do” attitude.

Sixto Salcido, Technical Training Safety Compliance Officer

Quality Control and Training; 16 year employee; Provides on going technical training, monitors how the trucks, tools and inventory are being cared for. Assists team members as needed on job sites. Does onsite and surprise quality control inspections weekly, holds weekly safety meetings has over 30 years hands on experience.

Kyle Anderson, Sales & Service Manager

Kyle is second generation Anderson and was raised in the Anderson family business. Kyle is a licensed contractor with the Contractors State License Board holding both a C-36 (Plumbing) and C-20 (Warm-Air Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) At 18 Kyle attended college for awhile but decided in a career in an industry that had been good to his family.

He has worked up through the ranks starting in the ditches as plumber helpers, then in new construction and repiping. Kyle was an apprentice plumber for 4 years as he earned his journey trade certifications. Kyle remained a service and repair technician for 8 years prior to moving into a management role. Kyle has served as technical & sales trainer, field supervisor, quality control and now Sales & Service Manager. Kyle has 17 years industry experience, is married with two young sons. Stay tuned… generation III.. plumbers under construction!


Julie Miller Sales & Service Manager-Plumbing

Prior to joining the Anderson team Julie spent many years as a 911 dispatcher. Little did she know, her training, education and experience on that job would groom her to be the first female industry specific Sales and Service Manager in San Diego County.

Julie was added to our team in July 2002 as our first female dispatcher. At that time her manager expressed his concerns on having a female dispatcher. His feelings were that she could not command the respect needed from her subordinates. Just the opposite took place. Not only did Julie excel as our dispatcher but she was superior in this position to her predecessors. Since then Julie was promoted to Sales and Service Manager. She takes responsibility for 17 field employees, 15 vehicles, a multitude in field equipment, 12,600 customers and an annual revenue of 4 million dollars. Julie is in the office 10 hours per day, 5 days a week and available around the clock by phone ready to be of service to our valued employees and customers.


Megan Morris, Human Resource Manager

Megan Morris is a native San Diegan. She attended Our Lady of Peace Catholic High School and San Diego State University. As a year team member, Megan is responsible for the overall management of our office staff. Megan is our Human Resource Director, Safety Coordinator and Manages the Customer Service Department.

With excellent customer service skills and great team spirit, Megan started as receptionist and moved quickly through the ranks. We attribute Megan’s growth to her hard work and attention to detail. Her duties include overseeing call taking and dispatching for the service department; Training incoming customer service representatives and dispatchers in the spirit of 100% customer satisfaction. Megan works closely with all departments to fulfill customer requests, stays in contact with customer through the entire project. Megan was awarded “Best All Around-Office Staff” (2005), and received her certificates in Mastering the Art of the Telephone & Dispatching for Profits” certificate holder (2005).

Kelly Jo Anderson, Office Manager

As daughter of Mary Jean Anderson and being born into the family business Kelly started stuffing envelopes at the age of 10. She rejoined the company shortly after graduating from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in radio and T.V. broadcasting. Kelly has been very active with the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractors Association –San Diego and was appointed Vice President in June 2011. As PHCC Vice President, her goal is to give back to an industry that has been so good to her family. Kelly’s company involvement has been dedicated superior customer service and to the advancement, education and training of the Anderson team members.
